IIHM Signs MoU with Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri to Boost Hospitality Learning

Siliguri, September 2, 2024 : The International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM) has entered a groundbreaking partnership with Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri, aimed at enhancing industrial learning for hospitality students. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed on August 31, 2024, marking a significant collaboration between two global leaders in hospitality education and operations.

This strategic agreement will offer students pursuing Bachelor's and Diploma courses in Hospitality Management at IIHM unique learning opportunities. Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri will provide mentorship, career guidance, guest lectures, and support for student projects. This collaboration will also expose students to the latest industry trends, equipping them with practical skills and knowledge.

In a key benefit, IIHM students will receive priority placement in Marriott hotels across India for industrial training programs. This hands-on experience is expected to significantly improve their employability prospects in the hospitality industry.
