This exclusive event will highlight the artistry of both fine dining and mixology, focusing on sustainable practices and celebrating Maldivian yellowfin tuna.

Chef Pietro Catalano, known for his innovative approach, will showcase a curated menu centered around the prized yellowfin tuna, a staple of Maldivian fisheries. Recognized for its firm texture and rich flavor, the tuna will be elevated into gourmet dishes that also highlight the importance of sustainable fishing practices.
